It is a single house with kitchen, bathroom and living room downstairs and two bedrooms one with main double bed and one with two single beds and bathroom on the first floor is a Canarian building with floors and ceilings , on the ground floor there is a traditional fireplace for burning wood for heating the house has two outdoor terraces and parking area for several vehicles. It is located in the Santa Lucia three minutes drive from the small town of Puntallana and 10 minutes from Santa Cruz de la Palma is the capital of the island.

Everything you need.

Excellently equipped property for the location. Good view of nearby islands and weather formations. We were very comfortable in this house. All needs were catered for and Antonio was really helpful and generous with lots of extra treats. This an excellent location for exploring some great walks in this beautiful and verdant area.

Rustig gelegen huis op heuvel

Wij zijn fan van vrijstaande vakantiewoningen. Dit is er eentje. Als je geen moeite hebt met steile toegangswegen is het ideaal. ( Op la Palma zijn overal steile toegangswegen) Het huis is ruim en volledig ingericht. Er stonden diverse welkom cadeautjes klaar. Voldoende handdoeken,altijd fijn, genoeg en snel warm water. De ligging was voor ons ideaal. Ver genoeg van de drukte en dichtbij genoeg als we het wel zochten. De eigenaar kwam vriendelijk kennis maken en was beschikbaar voor meer tijd en informatie. De terrassen zijn ruim en er is schaduw. Al zou een echt comfortabele zithoek een aanvulling zijn. We hebben om en om gewandeld en genoten van het huis. Voor ons de perfecte vakantie. In eerste instantie kwamen er wat mieren in de keuken maar als je de boel leeg en schoon houdt zijn en blijven ze weg.

Sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter!

Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für Ausflüge in den Osten und Norden der Insel. Von der großzügigen Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Schlafzimmer sind hell und haben ebenfalls einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, auch Gewürze und Öl. Darüberhinaus haben uns die äußerst freundlichen Gastgeber mit verschiedenen Lebensmittel verwöhnt u.a. mit frischen Apfelsinen aus dem Garten.

Einfach klasse !

Kann mich den Ausführungen der Bewertung von Sebastian nur anschließen. Wunderschöner Blick auf Meer, Steilhänge, Berge, Santa Cruz de la Palma und den Flughafen aus sehr gut ausgestattetem, geräumigem, gepflegtem und ruhig gelegenem Ferienhaus bzw. von den beiden Terrassen aus. Vermieter super nett, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Gut sortierter Supermarkt in Puntallana in ca. drei Minuten per PKW erreichbar. Wer das Gesamtpaket genauso toll findet wie wir, der sollte einen wunderbaren Individual-Urlaub in Santa Lucia und auf der herrlichen Isla Bonita verbringen können. Haus, Garten, Grillplatz, Sat-Anlage und Service waren jedenfalls perfekt, sogar inklusive praktischem Willkommens-Luchpaket im Kühlschrank: MUCHAS GRACIAS ANTONIO !! :-)

A nice and warm cottage, with a nice (sea) view.

A nice cottage which gives you to the feeling to be at home. The owners are very nice and flexible, they welcome you personally and gave a wine and oranges (from own orange trees) as a welcome present. The view is amazing, and in the early morning the sun is directly on the terrace. Also the chair and the bed for our baby was nice organized. The last piece of road is indeed quite steep, but after a few times it becomes very easy. I am sure Antonio is glad to help if needed. Also, it is very nice that there is a bath in the cottage! A lot of houses does not have this because this requires a boiler with enough warm water. A tip for Antiono: a small guide with the most important aspects of the house could help. For example, how the tv works, the wifi code, when and how to leave the house, etc. I would be glad to help to translate into dutch! (the pictures is exactly what you get, nicely done!)

Wunderschöner Urlaub für Individualisten und Ruhesuchende

Wunderschöner Blick auf Meer, Steilhänge, Berge und Flughafen aus sehr gut ausgestattetem, geräumigem, gepflegtem und ruhig gelegenem Ferienhaus bzw. von den beiden Terrassen aus. Vermieter sehr freundlich und brachte uns aus seinem direkt angrenzenden Gartengrundstück, das er fast täglich bewirtschaftet, leckere Früchte mit, während die vielen kleinen und großen Salamander am und ums Haus herum immer als Haustiere präsent waren und vor allem bei gutem Wetter quakten und wuselten, was das Zeug hielt. Wen das, die steile Zufahrt zum Stellplatz am Haus, die ein klein wenig abseitige Hanglage und die teils strammen Windböen und Sturmtage in 350 m Höhe im Nordosten Palmas wie bei uns zum Jahreswechsel 2015 nicht schrecken bzw. wer das Gesamtpaket genauso toll findet wie wir, der sollte einen wunderbaren Individual-Urlaub in Santa Lucia und auf der herrlichen Isla Bonita verbringen können. Haus, Garten und Service waren jedenfalls perfekt sogar inklusive praktischem Willkommens-Luchpaket im Kühlschrank: MUCHAS GRACIAS ANTONIO !! :-)
