Super clean, friendly staff, nice place in overall. Had inconveniences with my dinner table reservation for the new year's eve event, also, I didn't get a room in the story building, a bit disappointed, wanted to have a good view of the Marina and not the trees.

This was an excellent stay at a very nice hotel

Pros: I loved the luxury of this hotel. The rooms were very clean and had their own exit to the pool area or a nice view balcony.
Cons: The hotel did not have a gym or coffee in the bedrooms but did have free breakfast in the restaurant.
Location: The location was right on the marina in which the hotel offered tours to mangroves and use of atvs. The city/center was a $5 cab ride away.
I would say this hotel was the best thing Puntarenas could offer. It was very clean, full breakfast was included and delicious. The bar was fun and service staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel grounds was beautiful with a marina view. There were two large pools to enjoy as well as a spa. Great place to escape from the hustle and bustle of Puntarenas. The rooms were very luxurious, hot showers, incredibly comfortable rooms and cable tv were all part of my experience. Great stay!
