This retreat is lovely and once we got into the room we actually reserved and paid for, we really enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately I canât say that the reception person was very friendly or welcoming. We reserved and paid for a âDeluxe Cottage with garden viewâ, but we were put in a 4th floor room in one of the tall buildings and we were told that the garden view was the view out of the windows, which was a view off of the grounds. I donât know what the rate was for that room, but probably a lot less than what we had paid. Luckily our persistence trying to explain what room we had actually booked paid off and they moved us. The cottages are gorgeous and peaceful. It is worth noting that the square footage given for the rooms is nowhere near accurate. The cottage was listed as 1600 square feet, but the one bedroom bath were probably 400 square feet.
Why do u give such good reviews as the hotel was terrible. We moved out of the within two hrs of checking in. I need a refund for this stay as had to go to Hotel Mayfair and paid Rs 42000.00 for two rooms for two nights. Please have this matter resolved or will have no option but to look at legal notices etc. Rajiv Goil.
