The inside entrance had no light. The bulb was burned out. The house was not clean. When I walked in the entrance there was dirt and debris all over the floor and on the mat in front of the stairs and on the stairs. I went up the enormous amount of very narrow and steep stairs to the apartment. The stairs would be hard for any elder person to climb because they are so steep and narrow width and there are 16 of them. This should have been clearly shown and described in the ad. Very difficult to get a larger suitcase of these stairs. I had to leave mine at the bottom of the stairs and carry my things back and forth up the stairs. There is no kitchen. Only a very small refrigerator which was filthy dirty on the inside. It definitely was not cleaned. The Keurig had not been cleaned either and there was a used pod still inside and the water was half full. There was only some type of small toaster oven for heating food or make toast it was hard to tell and no directions. There was not even real dishes or silverware. Only throw away plastic silverware, paper cups and plates. There is no sink. You have to use the bathroom sink to rinse anything. The bedding on the bed was so wrinkled that you could not tell if it was like that from being left in a dryer too long or slept in. There was no top sheet on the bed so the main comforter had to lay on your body. The main comforter was very thin and there were no extra blankets so it was cold at night even when I tried to turn the heat up.
