Experience the famous Abersoch main beach (1 mile) with its sandy shores, beach huts and beautiful views, where you can relax or have a go at paddle boarding, kayaking or enjoy the lively village shops, boutiques, pubs and restaurants. For enthusiastic surfers, why not head 2 miles to Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth Beach) or head to Llanbedrog beach (3 miles) for more sheltered waters. There are incredible walks right at your doorstep, explore Llangian and Llanengan or head up to Mynetho Melin Foel (Jampot hill) overlooking Mynytho all within a 2-mile radius.


Follow the path to the front door and step inside this beautiful cottage. Built sometime before the 1840s, the original part of the house has lots of character with a thick stone wall and a cosy seating area with a vaulted ceiling and comfortable sofas set around a wood burner and Smart TV. Head to the contemporary and spacious kitchen and enjoy the idyllic rural views while cooking. The dining area opens to a glass balcony being the perfect spot to drink your morning coffee looking at the scenic views. From the kitchen head down to the ground floor of this quirky reverse-level cottage and you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower and plenty of storage as well as a twin room and the family room with a double and single bed. Completing the accommodation is a beautiful family bathroom.


Outside, Very large enclosed garden adjoining farmland. Admire the breathtaking views of Bardsey island and the dramatic expanse of Hells Mouth from the balcony. The patio area has garden furniture and a BBQ so enjoy dining alfresco.
