Peaceful Farmhouse - Full Privacy

Simar farmhouse is a designer finished property up to luxury standards. The charming, converted house of character is situated minutes away from the lively village square (pubs, restaurants, a Catholic church, pharmacy and minimarkets are present here). Ground floor comprises a spacious combined kitchen with breakfast table, living and dining area having a lot of natural light owing to the big arch doors leading to the pool area and another two windows. This space is air-conditioned. The main bathroom, washroom area and also two double bedrooms with en suite shower and AC unit are also on ground floor.
A spiral modern staircase leads to the first floor which consists of another bedroom, also with en suite shower and AC unit. This bedroom overlooks the pool area.
Property enjoys a private pool with jacuzzi function, and also has another external staircase which leads to the roof terrace. The roof terrace boasts magnificent sea, country and town views.

We will be available for anything that you might need during your stay. According to your preference, we can also suggest what you can do whilst on your vacation, so that you get the most out of your stay.

Simar farmhouse is a quiet property, facing a garigue and Daħlet Qorrot Bay beyond. Being in the village's outskirts, this area makes a good starting point for hikes. If you want to eat out or have a drink, you're only a few minutes walk away from the local village square where you'll find 4 restaurants to choose from, and several pubs.
The village feast is on the first Sunday of August, which is preceded by a week of celebrations. During this week you can enjoy the fireworks, music by the local band club, and appreciate the Maltese culture.

The local transport system in Gozo is very good, and it is easy to get around and explore the island. A car is not a must, but with it you will have more flexibility as most buses operate on an hourly basis. Also there are no night service buses on the island. The two bus stations are in Imgarr next to the ferry terminal, and in Victoria.

-For stays of a month or longer guests get a discount.
-For stays of five nights or longer, cost includes a welcome food package.
-For stays longer than a week, a complementary linen change is provided.
-If guests would like a linen change before a week, additional charges apply.
-AC units are available at a pay per use basis.
-Cleaning service available on request (additional fees apply).
-If need be, we can arrange a third party transport service for you (price on request).
