This home is in a quiet friendly neighborhood just 5 min to Bowser. It is a very private spot on a large lot. Special efforts were made to create a relaxing, comfortable space surrounded by nature. The king main bedroom and large queen bedroom each have an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The main bedroom has french doors to the back deck and yard. There is a half bath across the hall from the second queen bedroom. Large kitchen with all amenities and dining table sits 6 easily. Full size washer and dryer. A smart TV and Wii Fit is for your entertainment, as well as board games, puzzles, books and cards. There is a pack 'n play, high chair and stroller for the little ones. Kick back on the large deck or amble down to the ocean to fly fish or soak up the sun. Great storm watching in the Winter. Hike the many nearby trails. Life is at a slower pace here. Enjoy!

* please note that the yard is shared with a smaller home on the property that is sometimes occupied by the owners.

Parking:
The home has a U shaped drive with lots of room to park. You can pull up to the front door for easy loading and unloading. A car is necessary, as public transportation is limited. Expect smiles and waves from our friendly neighbors as you drive down the road. Local traffic only and quiet road for walking.

Great Place to Stay

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was very spacious and super clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. The owners thought of everything that a family would need to have a comfortable stay. Our grandson loved all the games provided and the baby stroller was a great extra to take our infant granddaughter for a walk. Tons of yard space and it is a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Bryan was our contact for the visit and he couldn't have been more receptive to our questions or requests. Our son and family arrived a day early and I ask Bryan if it was possible to get the house a day early. I truly didn't think Bryan would respond as quickly as he did but within minutes, we were told it was possible for them to arrive early. It was so convenient for them to not have to stay in a hotel. They were able to arrive on the island and get right into the house. The quick responses and positive customer service we were shown, was above and beyond. I highly recommend Bryan for his caring attention and this home as a great place to stay. Thank you so much Bryan!
