Cleaning was random, some days they did it others they swept the floor. Front of us guy was lovely. Very dated room. Back door kept breaking. Dark rooms. We saw other rooms and they were much nicer so they are in the process of doing it up and we were unlucky.

Nice surroundings but very basic apartments.

The apartments are very basic and dated - and our air con was pretty poor (room 1112). Luckily we were there in September and not July! The pool areas are nice and clean. Restaurant and bar is fine but closes at 10pm. The nearest shop is a ten minute walk down a pretty steep hill which isn’t great for the walk back up carrying groceries. The marina is a 15 minute walk down the same hill. It’s fine if you have good mobility and enjoy a walk but my elderly father struggled. There are plenty Ubers so not that much of an issue.

Little Gem in the hiding

We had a fantastic stay in Vilamoura. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable self-catering holiday. The location was excellent—close to the marina, restaurants, and shops—making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!” We have been coming here 7years and always excited to return!

No aircondition in the bedroom in 36 degree heat, we didnt sleep too well!! Apartment very outdated, there was a very unsafe stairwell to the upstairs to get onto roof but no proper door, it was a metal see through shutter so didnt feel safe. We wont be returning.

We are a family of six, 2 adults 4 children ages 17,14,10 and 4.Very friendly on arrival, apartment isn't modern but has everything you need and very clean. We had a two bedroom apartment but would get three bedroom next time. Grounds around also very clean and tidy. Cleaner's called every second day. 10 minutes walk from marina would definitely go back.

Extremely disappointed

As a 4 star, very disappointed and would not recommend this property. Very old dated,no coffee in the room, no soap for shower or dishes. One would expect basic amenities included. Service was cold at check-in.

Coming back to this one.

We have stayed for two weeks and overall, I would recommend this place as a excellent choice for couples. A very good mix of ages here, so not a retirement center for snowbirds. They have a really good staff that will sort out any minor problems that may pop up. Beds are comfortable and the food in the restaurant on site is very good. It is a 10 minute walk to the Marina where there are multiple shops and restaurants.
