New Modern and Conveninent Apartment
Very new and well-appointed apartment right across from Laval's athletic fields. It took a few minutes to find the garage but it was nice to have secured parking. However, it probably can't accommodate large SUVs but there is a regular lot available for larger vehicles and/or an extra parking spot, if needed. Host/apartment manager was communicative and check-in instructions were clear and easy. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the unit is right across from public transit which appeared to be used extensively by the students, especially for going out on the town in the evenings. Very nice cafe on the first floor of the building for morning coffee and croissants and it looks like a bistro is also being built as well. We did not watch any television but it is located in a bit of an odd spot in the kitchen area. Anyone who wanted to watch a program would have to do so at an angle from the chairs in the entry way. Bathroom hand towels are also not provided for some reason. Otherwise, a new and very nice apartment that we would absolutely stay in again.
