Your home away from home is off a private road and nestled in a cove with sandy bottom swimming, yet it’s right outside the heart of Lake George! This newly constructed home radiates with attention to detail and was lovingly designed and custom-built by local craftsmen. The large shared, grassy lakefront property with spectacular views of the lake and reflection of French Mountain looks like it’s out of a painting! It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning paper and coffee or finish that book while you get some of that clean mountain air in your lungs. Bring the bikes as this property is just steps from the Warren County Bikeway where you can enjoy making more family memories; stop and get ice cream, go for your walk, jog, or take the path all the way into Lake George village! This four-season destination offers year-round family fun. When the snow falls you can get out on the ice for skating, fishing, or visit one of the local ski areas!

This home has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and sleeps 8 comfortably. After your outdoor adventures, you’ll enjoy an open floor plan and a fully stocked kitchen with custom quartz countertops. The large main floor master bedroom with a queen bed has an en suite bath with custom tile work and double sinks. The two upstairs bedrooms offer views of the lake and each is well-appointed, both having two double beds with iron headboards, and cozy wide-plank pine flooring to lay your slippers on after a day filled with exploring the lake on the kayaks and paddleboard. The upstairs bath has plenty of room w/ double sinks for clean-up. Custom beadboard ceilings and a large stone fireplace add to the warmth and will make you feel like you don’t want to leave!

Outside you can unwind by one of the fire-pits and play lawn games or corn-hole near the lake. There’s a large gas grill for firing up your burgers and dogs; then you can plan the next day’s events like the Six Flags theme park, drive-in movie theater double feature, or go shopping at the factory outlets. All of these destinations are only 5 minutes away!

This home is pet friendly, bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee, dogs only. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card. *Please note that no dogs are allowed on the beach/water access. Thank you. This home comes with 4 kayaks and 1 paddleboard.

Beautiful vacation home!

The house is beautiful and it is exactly as shown by the pictures on the website. It’s perfect. When we arrived everything was very clean and in order. There were supplies that we could use. We definitely would stay here again. We brought our two dogs. What would make this house absolutely perfect is if dogs were allowed by the lake.

Amazing view and house!

The house was amazing. Loved the view from almost anywhere in the house. It had everything we needed plus more. The weather wasn’t great for us so we didn’t get to enjoy that part of the property, but we’d love to go back. Wished we had more time there!

Beautiful house!

The house is beautiful. It was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully equipped. Glen Lake is just across a small road (zero traffic), and the views from the house and the shared lakefront area are great. It's a very quiet neighborhood (admittedly, the nearby amusement park wasn't open), located a short drive from Lake George. I would definitely stay again. It was absolutely lovely.

Family time at the Lake

We had the most wonderful family vacation here. The house and lake were even more beautiful than the photos! The home was clean and stocked with anything a person could need. We swam, kayaked, played games, explored the surrounding area, rented a Pantone boat on Lake George and more…we had an exceptional time. Lots of laughs, fun and relaxation all in one! Highly recommend!!

Amazing getaway in the most peaceful location

This was one of our favorite vacations. This house is impeccable, and the location can't be beat once you arrive at the house. Don't be alarmed when driving down the dirt patch because once you reach the house it's paradise. House was beautiful, clean and fully stocked.

Great home for a getaway

This home was great for our family weekend getaway! It was beautiful and comfortable . The kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully updated. This home was impeccably clean. The only snafu was that the security system was a bit temperamental and we had some trouble getting inside, as well as trying to lock it. However management sent someone immediately to help us get in. I didn’t give it five stars only because of the road leading into this property needs some work. It would be hard on anyone with a really low car. The property had two kayaks w/ life vests for us to use. We rented a third one which the management also took care of delivering it as soon as we arrived. Our family kayaked the entire weekend! The lake was very clean and pretty quiet, which was a blessing since we didn’t realize that there was a National Car show in lake George the same weekend. Marleys cove was the perfect peaceful lake experience!

Relaxing stay

We had a great time! The place is really thoughtfully stocked and clean, with great views of the peaceful lake. We got out on the water in kayaks, had campfires, biked and puzzled and cooked. Would definitely return :)

perfect vacation

The house was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The lake was serene and fun to swim in and use the kayaks in. my children are 11 years apart and they both had a great time. A great vacation, can’t wait to return.

Perfect Getaway

We were immediately captivated by the stunning views of the lake. The house did not disappoint, well appointed, clean and tastefully decorated. Close proximity to countless activities, shops and restaurants. Our only complaint is we couldn't stay longer.

Lakeside getaway

The house is beautiful and very clean with a lovely view of the lake. Access to the lake is across a small road. The property has everything you might need - kayak, paddle board & life jackets. The kids loved it. The back door was difficult to lock, we had to call the management company but they came over right away. We would stay again!

Paradise on earth

Marley's Cove is heaven. The house is brand new, gorgeous, cozy but spacious, stocked with every possible thing you could ever need. Having backyard access to the lake is just divine. We can't wait to come back!
