Private, peaceful, quiet setting with Magnificent Lake and Mountain Views
Wonderful private balconies to take in the incredible views, and right above the famous Frankton Lakeside Walk/Cycleway all the way into town... two generous bedrooms with Ensuites, one with a delicious SpaBath, and in the lovely downstairs lounge there is a super comfortable twin bed sofa set, which can be made into another large bed... a patio off the lounge with BBQ and outdoor furniture to enjoy the morning sun and the sunsets on the lake and mountain. Full Kitchen and Dining Area and Washing Machine and Dryer in the garage.

Also, dependent on bookings, there is a completely separate studio apartment with a king bed, ensuite and Kitchenette, giving you another two car spaces right outside your door.... see also link below for availability.

The host was responsive and really accommodating. The whole place as well equipped and clean. I would highly recommend a stay here. We stayed for 9 nights in February.

A fabulous apartment with incredible views. It was warm, comfortable and great showers! A great location as only 10 mins drive to centre of town and 10 mins to airport. Host was lovely to deal with.

Great stay. The property was clean and warm with underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms. Washing machine and 3 dryers ready for your skiing needs

Wonderful stay

Beautiful property, located right on the water and a short drive from the airport and not far from downtown queenstown! We loved the location and the house was well kept and beautiful! The heated tile floors were wonderful in the morning as well! Our host was fabulous and was very responsive! We would def stay here again!

Amazing property with ample space for our family of 4. View from the main bedroom is second to none - even had an opportunity to see the Southern Lights one night. Communication was excellent - very smooth process.

What a way to spend your birthday!

Great location and with plenty of space. A couple of face cloths would have been great with kids especially. We went and bought some.

The apartment was fine. We were informed on arrival of construction taking place right next to us. We were awoken each morning ( except Sundays) by incredibly noisy machinery. Not the quiet peaceful holiday we had planned. After negotiating, a refund of 1000NZ was refunded which really didn’t compensate our holiday. We had to leave premises each morning at 7.30 and return at 5. If we had been informed beforehand we would have stayed elsewhere

The property is very comfortable and well provisioned. It is in a great location with stunning views over the lake and the mountains. The bus stop is conveniently located at the front of the complex. I can recommend this property to any one looking for a quality place to stay whilst in Queenstown.
