Perched on the top level, the master retreat features a walk-in wardrobe, private ensuite and wall-mounted TV — the perfect place to wake to spectacular lake and mountain vistas.

The heart of the home is a light-filled kitchen, dining and lounge with soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliders that open fully to a private lake-view balcony. Furnished for alfresco coffees or sunset drinks, it’s an inviting space to gather. Inside, a curved sofa, large TV and Escea gas fireplace make relaxing easy.

Easy self check-in is provided via a secure access code, sent to you before arrival. Please confirm your email details in advance so we can ensure a smooth arrival. Once you’re here, the villa’s prime location on Queenstown Hill means you’re just minutes from the town centre, restaurants, cafés, and attractions, with the freedom to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, cookware, and essentials, plus complimentary coffee and tea. Fresh premium linen and towels are provided at the start of your stay. While the villa is not serviced during your visit, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
