Less than a mile to the spectacular beaches of Esterillos and Bejuco this condominium is nestled on a hillside with views of the lush tropics of the Central Pacific region. A glimpse of the ocean and the sound of the waves remind you how close you are to the amazing Pacific Ocean. This is a small, quiet community close to restaurants, bars, grocery store and many activities.

This condo was recently remodeled and is like new! The complex is very quiet and centrally located in the Esterillos area close to everything. Being on the hillside this property has some ocean view and great breezes.

The full condo unit with the exception of an owner's lockoff room is accessible and the condo pool and rancho area.

We like to leave our guests alone to enjoy themselves but are always available and close by for anything you may need.

Esterillos/Bejuco is comprised of four beachfront communities that all offer their own unique feel and amenities. Esterillos Oeste has great surfing, volcanic tide pools and great restaurants. Esterillos Centro is a quiet area with great swimming and surfing. Esterillos Este is a beautiful beach with some great restaurants and also Esterillos Town Center that has several great restaurants, liquor store, shops and a grocery store. Bejuco is home to the Blue Flag Beach - a distinction given by the government of Costa Rica to mark its cleanliness and family friendly atmosphere.

Located between Jaco/Herradura- home of the world famous Marina Los Suenos and Quepos- home of Marina Pez Vela, this area is convenient to everything you need to enjoy the beauty and adventure of Costa Rica. A car is most desirable but public transportation is available on the Costanera ( Highway 34) just a short walk from the property.
