THE SPACE

This addition features a fully air-conditioned second living room enclosed by floor-to-ceiling glass and crowned by a vaulted ceiling. The space includes a large-screen TV, wet bar, and a convenient half bath, offering a comfortable retreat separate from the main living area.
Just outside the glass walls, a second private pool provides a quieter, more intimate place to relax. Surrounded by jungle and overlooking the ocean, this pool is perfect for peaceful afternoons, evening swims, or giving different members of your group their own space.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The villa offers five air-conditioned bedrooms, thoughtfully distributed across the main house and pool house to provide privacy and flexibility.
The master suite occupies its own level and features a king bed, seating area, luxurious stone bath with double shower, and a wraparound balcony with ocean and jungle views.
Additional king bedrooms are located on the levels below, each with a private ensuite bathroom.
One bedroom opens directly onto the main pool level, offering easy access to outdoor living areas.

POOL HOUSE & MAIN POOL
The main pool level is anchored by a separate two-story pool house located just across the water.
