Enjoy everything that the Quepos-Manuel Antonio region has to offer, but without all of the traffic, noise, and people. This two-bedroom condo is an easy 5-minute drive to Quepos, and has jungle and wildlife.

On the first floor, the open floor plan allows easy flow between the kitchen, the kitchen island the living room, dining area and main floor outdoor patio space, which faces a lush jungle.

Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by a representative to verify the reservation. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being canceled.

Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation.

We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or the local regional airport in Quepos, to property in Manuel Antonio. We will also arrange all excursions, activities, tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.

Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will be available via chat/phone number throughout the day and in the event of emergencies.

Manuel Antonio is centrally located for almost any tour you would want to do in Costa Rica. Ziplining, hiking, waterfalls, white-water rafting, canyoning, ATV tours, waterfall rappelling, mangrove tours, parasailing, horseback riding, stand up paddleboarding, jet skiing, sport fishing, sunset cruises, and whale watching tours are all available.

You can’t come to Manuel Antonio without experiencing its famous national park. With sloths, 3 types of monkeys, basilisks, iguanas, and exotic birds along even the main trail, you won’t have to look hard to find wildlife. The park contains a charming combination of rain forest, beaches, and coral reefs. Many trails in the park have been improved recently, so you will find well-maintained paths that lead to spectacular viewpoints, secluded beaches, and small waterfalls. You can also sunbathe and snorkel at the park’s many beaches.

The property is gated and has a guard on duty 24 hours a day. We will assist in registering guests and their vehicles with the guard.

Guests will either meet with an Osa Property Management Team Member or will be given detailed information once the reservation has been confirmed.
The unit is part of a 16 unit gated, condominium, development. There are four (4) buildings, each with four (4) units. Each unit is a corner unit and is two-floors.

The condo development has two swimming pools: One for adults and one for children, along with a large, shared hospitality space in the middle of the development. Guests will not hear any of the activities from this unit as it faces a different direction and is approximately 100 meters away.

Villas Tranquilas Tuanis Toucan is in the back of the development and is one of the few units with jungle views.

On the first floor, the open floor plan allows easy flow between the kitchen, the kitchen island (with stool seating), the living room, dining area and main floor outdoor patio space, which faces a lush jungle. There is also a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. This space has it's own Air Conditioner unit

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with queen-sized bed, air-conditioning and ceiling fans and a dual-sink bathroom, with shower and toilet. The Major Bedroom is the corner bedroom and has a private walkout patio. Enjoy your morning or afternoon coffee sitting outside and listen to the birdsong and jungle wildlife.

There is a large common-area for the 16 condos in the development. The common area includes a swimming pool, children’s swimming pool and a covered area with plenty of tables and a food preparation area to enjoy year round.

There are two large grocery stores nearby, gas stations, restaurants all within 5 minutes of this condo. The Quepos marina is approximately 10 minutes from the property and has a medical center, pharmacy, restaurants and the launching point for many fishing and sight-seeing charters. Osa Property Management will provide recommendations for those tours, along with some of the region's other most popular tours.

The entrance to the property is only 3 miles to the Quepos regional airport (about 7 flights per day and all small airplanes) and only 2 miles from the hospital.
Property is easily accessible by any kind of vehicle.

Most guests fly into Costa Rica via Juan Santamaria International Airport, which is approximately 2.5 hours away. There is a nearby regional airport only 5 minutes away that has several daily flights from San Jose to Quepos. There are a couple of local airlines offering daily service to-and-from SJO-XQP (La Managua Quepos airport).

Wonderful stay, would highly recommend!
We loved the villa we stayed in. The property manager was very quick to reply and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We saw lots of lizards, monkeys and even a sloth. We would definitely stay again in the future. Everyone was very friendly. The only issue was getting through the gate our first night because we didn’t know Spanish, but we arrived much later than we expected. The security guards were very friendly during our stay as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property, we hope to return in the future!

Great Location
We stayed 3 weeks in Villas Tranquilas and had a great, relaxing time. The place is well equipped and clean. The location to downtown Quepos and Manuel Antonio is excellent. The Property Management is very responsive and helpful. The best part was the monkey circus which went on every night at dusk in the trees, clearly visible from the patio.
