Gute Lage aber keine Empfehlung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut- insbesondere der Blick auf den Atlantik überzeugt. Die Wohnung weist einen Investitionsstau auf: Geschirrspüler war defekt- dieses wurde im Büro vor Ort gemeldet und Hilfe versprochen, welche nicht kam. In der Dusche Schimmelflecken, ebenso in der Waschmaschine, die Schränke gefüllt mit Utensilien (der Eigentümern/von Vormietern). Die Wohnung bei Bezug sehr staubig, es wurde max. sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Mobiliar sehr abgewohnt. Leider keine Empfehlung.

Très bel appartement spacieux, lumineux avec une belle vue mer, même si il n’est pas sur le front de mer. Le balcon - terrasse sur le jardin plein sud est idéal pour déjeuner ou dîner. Je recommande !

Cette location est très belle Emplacement idéal proche de la mère, proche des commerces. Possibilité de stationner jusqu’à trois voitures ce qui est très bien. La maison en elle-même est parfaite. De la place, couchages impeccable La cheminée gaz ne fonctionnait pas… Points négatifs que je noterai ce serait le manque de casseroles et le lave-vaisselle qui fonctionne très mal Et le mobilier de la cuisine un peu vétuste meubles cassés les propriétaires devrait changer cela…

Schränke waren voll mit Sachen der Vormieter und nicht sauber, Stuhlkissen sehr schmutzig, Backofen sehr schmutzig, Geschirr nicht richtig sauber, Essensreste im Schrank 1. OG und Gefrierfach, Wohnzimmerschrank voller leerer bzw. halbleerer Flaschen; eine Grundreinigung der Wohnung wäre zu empfehlen da die Wohnung ansonsten sehr schön ist und optimal gelegen ist

C’est un bel appartement, c’est indéniable. Mais, à l’usage, il manque un entretien régulier des équipements et cela ne devrait pas être dans une location à ce prix. Certaines lumières ne fonctionnent pas, Four inutilisable car la porte est détériorée, bouton du lave vaisselle détérioré etc… tout cela m’a contrariée En dehors de cela, la literie est confortable et les meubles de qualité. Ce séjour n’a pas été satisfaisant.

Emplacement idéal

L'emplacement est vraiment le point fort de cette location. La vue sur l'océan est juste topissime. Par contre, les prestations sont un peu moyennes. les photos de l'annonce sont mieux que la réalité. Donc petite déception. J'ai des doutes sur la surface annoncée de 160m². 4 chambres, mais la 4ème chambre est faite pour un enfant tout au plus(5m² et lit sous la pente du toit et contre le mur). Manque de vaisselle, manque un extérieur. Je repars donc de mon séjour avec une impression mitigée.

Emplacement et Mobilier.

Dans l'ensemble très bonne location. Très beau mobilier et décoration d'intérieur. Dommage pour le ménage qui n'est pas à la hauteur, surtout les vitres, et quelques toiles d'araignées, également le four que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser. Portail d'entrée HS, et espaces verts non fait. Il s'agit de très petits détails faciles à solutionner, mais qui gâchent légèrement une excellente location et son emplacement. A noter très bonne réaction du personnel de l'agence, suite à de petits manquements.

Traumblick Richtung Meer

Schön geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit eher 3 Schlafzimmern. Das vierte Schlafzimmer ist einfach zu klein und zu schräg - max. für Kinder. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit Markise und Meerblick - unbezahlbar! Vermutlich war die FEWO lange vor unserem Aufenthalt leer. Gerade in der Küche mussten wir so einiges in die Spülmaschine stellen. Für franz. Verhältnisse sehr gut, aber ich hätte mich gefreut, wenn die Eigentümer nicht in jedem Schrank ihre Sachen liegen/hängen gelassen hätten.
