The space
Master room with air conditioning, fan and large terrace. One QUEEN bed, and two (2) single beds - niche.

Three (3) bedrooms with closet, ceiling fan, television, and separate bathrooms.

B.B.Q area with separate bathroom in the social area. We have three (3) methods to cook your preferred meals
1- Natural gas stove with five burners
2- Charcoal grill with adjustable height, and
3- Stone oven for pizza and gratins.

SALT CHLORINATION pool. This system does not create irritation on the skin, and the eyes do not redden. It does not use chemicals that are harmful to health and the environment. The pool has massager jets in the area of the stairs, a 25-centimeter waterfall, and two (2) oxygenating jets.

Fully equipped main kitchen with dishwasher.
Complementary clothes washer and dryer, for stays of more than five days.

Concierge available eight (8) hours a day to help you with housework, cooking, cleaning, and advise on tourist attractions in the area.

Water reservoir tank for emergencies when the Fincas Panaca aqueduct fails.

It will be a pleasure to receive you in our establishment Fincas Panaca - Herrería 1 (Exclusively for your family). To make your stay a beautiful experience, please take the following points into consideration:

Dogs, cats, or other pets are not allowed.
No smoking inside the house.

It is a requirement and law of Colombia Goverment and Villas Fincas Panaca to register the guests who are going to stay at Herrería 1. This registration of guests is for your safety and of the other people.

REGULATIONS:
+ DECREE 4000 OF 2004, RESOLUTION 1804 OF 2014. FOREIGN SIRE ENTRY AND EXIT INFORMATION SYSTEM.
+ LAW 2068 OF 2020 GENERAL TOURISM LAW indicates that all accommodation establishments in the Country must IMPLEMENT THE TOURIST ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION SYSTEM TRA.
+ Every person must have a valid identity document (identity card, passport, etc.).
+ All minors must present civil registration, or identity card. In case the minor's parents are not present, it is necessary to bring parental permission (it does not need to be notarized).
+ Identity documents will be requested by the guards at the entrance of Villas Fincas Panaca.
