Caught in a blizzard and was able to grab a room for safety. Rene was amazing and so friendly for being under pressure of the scramble. She was sweet and professional and made everyone feel welcome.

The clerk at the front desk was not freindly nor welcoming. He did not smile once and it was like we were bothing him! Also the bed linens had stains on them. Very disappointing.
