Ten Stars! From the moment we checked in through departure, our stay at Eb Hotel Quito was fantastic. Staff was attentive and kind - Rafael and Gianfranco went out of their way to help us celebrate a birthday. The rooms were clean, the spa treatments were great, and the restaurant food was delicious.
