The holiday home Prislin is located between the fishing village of Kampor and the town of Rab. The property adjoins another holiday home, a forest and an olive grove. To the west, the terrace and pool offer sweeping views over the valley of Kampor and the forests of the Kalifront nature reserve and you can enjoy wonderful sunsets in the evening.

The very cosily furnished house has three bedrooms on the first floor, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor there is a shower room and the living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen and wood-burning stove. The living room, which is also air-conditioned, leads to the covered terrace with another dining area and a cosy lounge. Directly adjacent to the terrace is the pool, which is available from the beginning of May to the end of October. There is also a sheltered courtyard with sun loungers and a hammock. A charcoal barbecue is also available. The property is not fully fenced.

At the rear of the house there is a separately accessible flat with its own entrance and space for two more people. It has a pull-out day bed (80 x 200 cm or 160 x 200 cm), a kitchenette, a shower room and a private, secluded terrace. From the inner courtyard, you can access another ground-floor room with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and bathroom via a separate entrance. This room (without air conditioning) is partly on a slope and therefore does not heat up much in summer. The flat and/or the "courtyard room" can only be rented together with the main house. If you book the house without the flat (for up to six or eight people), the landlord may occupy it temporarily, but will not disturb you in any way and will always be available to answer any questions you may have.

There are also two extra beds (80 x 190 cm) available, but these are only suitable for children. Should you wish to use these, please contact the landlord before your arrival to clarify the details.

Smaller shops can be reached on foot in a few minutes, larger supermarkets are located in Kampor and Rab, about five minutes away by car. The nearest beach is the small sandy beach "Mel" in Kampor, about two kilometres away. This beach has shallow water and is therefore ideal for small children. There are also several restaurants and a diving centre in the bay of Kampor. The Kalifront peninsula is about one kilometre from the holiday home. From here, there is a wide network of footpaths and cycle paths that lead to the countless rocky bays with crystal-clear, turquoise-coloured water. This nature reserve is particularly easy to explore by mountain bike. The waterfront promenade to the town of Rab (4 km) is also very attractive and can be reached on foot in around an hour and by bike in around 20 minutes.
