Am Ankunftstag wurden wir vom Vermieter vertröstet, dass wir nicht 16 Uhr, wie vereinbart, sondern erst 17 Uhr in die Wohnung können. Als er 17 Uhr noch nicht an der Wohnung war, rief ich ihn an. Er wollte uns weiter auf später vertrösten, doch wir wollten nun unbedingt die Ferienwohnung beziehen. Als der Vermieter dann 17.20 Uhr ankam, sagte er uns, dass die Wohnung noch nicht fertig wäre und wir sollten noch die Betten beziehen. Doch als wir in der Wohnung ankamen, sah sie aus als wenn gerade jemand die Wohnung fluchtartig verlassen hätte - zerwühltes Bett mit alter Bettwäsche, Toilettenbecken voll Urinflecken, Bad unsauber,in der Küche lagen Wurst, Tomaten und andere Utensilien herum, auf 3 von 4 Stühlen lagen schmutzige Sachen herum.Die Wohnung war für uns unzumutbar. Zumal der Vermieter bei einem Telefongespräch in der Wohnung zugegeben hat, dass er alkoholisiert ist.Wir mussten uns daraufhin sofort eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Die Wohnung sollte sofort gesperrt werden.
