A covered southwest-facing balcony (approx. 8 sqm) with a swing and garden furniture invites you to linger. The apartment is very spacious with a light-flooded living room (approx. 28 m²), bedroom (approx. 18 m²) and kitchen (approx. 13 m²). The beach (restaurant, kiosk, barbecue area, beautiful sunbathing lawn, great children's playground) is only a 5-minute walk away. Side street, no traffic noise.
