The accommodation has a spacious, open-plan living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The high-quality, tasteful furnishings with attention to detail ensure a relaxing stay. Tiles with underfloor heating, parquet flooring in the bedroom, south-facing balcony. Car parking space (garage on request).
Your vacation apartment is situated in an exposed south-facing position on the outskirts of Markelfingen, in the immediate vicinity of the cycling and hiking trails between Untersee, opposite the Mettnau and diagonally to Reichenau and Mindelsee. It is tastefully furnished to a high standard, bright and sunny and has every comfort including a south-facing balcony, underfloor heating and high-quality furnishings. The south-facing balcony has sun all day long. Pleasant walk through the nice village center to the lido and boat harbor, possible in only about 8 minutes. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests and to contributing to a relaxing vacation on beautiful Lake Constance.
Please treat the good interior with care and refrain from rearranging or watering flowers!!! Damage to furnishings will (hopefully not!) be charged to you!
