Set on cliff top land, Neptune Cove's waterfront estate is like nothing you have seen before. With 400ft of private Caribbean frontage, the property is 40 feet above the crystal waters, providing breathtaking sea views and facing west for the majestic sunsets, enjoyed from every part of the property. Sunrises over the sea are also visible during the winter months!

Neptune Cove is less than a 10 minute walk (or 1 minute drive) from beautiful and pristine Rainbow Bay Beach. Famous for its calm, turquoise waters, Rainbow Beach also has good snorkeling.

Neptune Cove's covered wrap-around veranda offers shaded outdoor living, including a picturesque gazebo, a perfect setting for relaxing with a good book or to gather for sunset cocktails. This area is furnished with sofas, chairs, and tables so you can enjoy the sweeping Caribbean views and gentle sea breezes however you choose to relax.

Steps away from the main and guest houses is our oceanview infinity pool. Relax on lounge chairs on the pool deck or on the bar stools in the pool.

For those who choose to swim in the calm Caribbean waters at the base of the cliff, walk down a short fountain path to a natural alcove in the island's limestone geological formation. It is here that you will find access into the clear waters of the Caribbean, both in and out of the sea via a short ladder. You will be truly amazed at the variety of fish you will see just snorkeling around the coral which is plentiful and healthy in this part of the Caribbean. In 20 minutes in the water recently, I saw queen angel fish, four-eyed butterfly fish, blue tangs, yellow tangs, spade fish, parrot fish, porkfish, various species of grouper and snapper, and many more.

After the sun sets, gather around the fire pit, furnished with Adirondack chairs, and just cherish the view and topography of the land and sea as the unique natural wonders they are. On a clear night, this is also an excellent spot for watching the firmament and falling stars!

Neptune Cove is located in the community known as Rainbow Bay. Our guests are permitted to use the convenient waterfront tennis court just a few minutes walk away.

The excellent food and drink and nightlife of the Sunset Cove (formerly known as the Rainbow Inn) is also just a 5 minute walk away. Grocery stores and liquor stores are a short drive.

Amenities include high-speed Starlink internet with WIFI, AC throughout, private pool, gas grill, and a back-up generator.

The Main House

The main house at Neptune Cove was designed for entertaining. It is a large open-concept design featuring a full luxury kitchen with an oversized island with 4 bar stools, GE Profile appliances, and elegant quartz countertops. This is a true chef's kitchen with every imaginable appliance and utensil, extensive kitchenware, and high end china.

The main house open living room seats 12 people with cathedral ceilings and magnificent ocean views. The dining room seats 12 comfortably (plus 4 more on the adjacent kitchen island) and also has beautiful ocean views. There is a powder room off this living area as well.

The main house has two master bedroom suites with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and plenty of clothes storage. Each bedroom has a 32” TV. There is a 50” TV in the great room.

The Guest House

The guest house consists of two separate efficiency suites, each with king-size bed, a queen-size sofa bed, mini fridge, microwave and toaster, coffee maker and 32” TV. Each suite has a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and plenty of closet space. Each of the suites sleeps two each very comfortably and can sleep an additional two guests on the queen-size sofa bed.

The Gazebo Suite (additional charge applies):

This private suite beneath the gazebo has a king-size bed and a large ocean-view living area with a sofa bed. It has a full en-suite bath with a small walk-in shower. It can be added to the reservation for $100 per night.
