This property represents a stylish retreat from the rat race and with all the modern conveniences at your fingertips; you will never want to leave.
Beautifully furnished, you will just love this holiday home.

- large flat screen TV and DVD player. (NO free to air channels through the property antenna. The TV in the main living room can have some free to air channels streamed through the free WiFi supplied. The TV in the main bedroom can only play DVD’s through the DVD player supplied, please feel free to bring some favourite DVDs to watch.)

The modern kitchen features stone bench tops and a coffee machine (byo normal size coffee pods required) and the open plan design allows effortless transition from indoors to outdoors.

Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

It was a great house for the family to stay. Plenty of cooking appliances available. Coffee machine and milk frother did not work very well at all.

Bedding

It was a nice place to stay but i do think that if you pay the accomadation and then extra for bedding i really think that the beds should be made not just a bag of towels and sheets left there for you to do yourself. Its should just be done and all included.

We had a wonderful week staying in this house. Only down fall was the remotes didn't work for both TV's and the Master Bedroom AC was very noisy.

Clean comfortable house

House looks bigger in photos, it has a tiny living area, paid a lot for a small house where as other houses at Rainbow Shores have pools and are a lot bigger for same amount of money. Neighbours entertaining area lines up with master bedroom so we were awake early, no sleeping in on our holiday. House was very tidy, clothes line was overgrown with vine. Could not lock/unlock front door as lock was not working, had to use single bedroom every time. I'd say more than 200 metres to beach as well :(

Good house for a family, nearby (250m bush walk) great beach and it’s a comfortable house. The most impressive positive was the response of the real estate agent (and owner) to fix unpredictable problems (ie. the microwave and clothes drier died on first day) in an incredibly timely manner. We felt cared for and looked after. Good hospitality. Thank you.

Great location, great stay

The house was clean, modern and well equipped. It's in a nice quiet location in a bushy setting close to the beach (you can hear the surf from the porch). The house had a musty smell when we first arrived but was fine after we opened some windows and let it air out. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and I'd recommend it to others.

great for small family

It was lovely and easy. Heaps of room for the Porta cot in the main room. Kitchen was well kitted out. The downside was the house being a low set the mosquitoes and sand flies were everywhere versus the high set houses. Also main bedroom air con was noisy.

Lovely Beach House

Had a lovely break away in this lovely simple home in a great quiet location. Literally 5 minutes walk to the beach, and a 20min walk to town along the beach. Very well equipped kitchen, with generous fridge space, and lovely comfy lounge area. Simple but functional BBQ. Delightful private deck overlooking bushland, ideal for an evening glass of wine. The only drawback was very uncomfortable beds. If you like VERY firm mattresses, you will be fine.

Enjoyed our stay in this house, It was perfect for 4 people. Smelt A little musty from being shut up when we first arrived. Spa was great, main bedroom was fantastic. Fridge and freezer did not work properly. Needs some larger glasses. Overall I would recommend this house.
