Sleeps eight in one x queen size bed, two x single beds and two x sofa beds.

November break
Property clean but very dated. Only two of us so we lived downstairs. Tiny ensuite for main bedroom and upstairs bathroom not huge, would struggle if a big party was using the cottage. Couldn’t understand why only a two slice toaster for a place that accommodate up to 12. Would like a lounge chair or something similar to enjoy the outdoors. Not walking distance too much, need to drive into town for clubs pubs and restaurants. Was a set of shops about 500 metres or so away, pizza place, IGA, fish and chips etc.

Not cleaned when we arrived, previous occupant sheets, towels thrown around. Place a mess. Cleaner arrived promptly after notifying agent, did 1 hour quick clean. Bed covering that was used by last occupants were replaced on bed and not cleaned. We brought our own sheets and sprayed 3 cans of glen 20 on all beds, sofa, door handles, bathrooms. Mattress covers were stained with blood in downstairs room and with urine in upstairs room. Smell from bbq was disgusting and covered in flies, we did not open to inspect. Holes in all fly screens and blinds broken and filthy. Property itself would have been perfect if it was clean and updated. Definately not acceptable as a covid safe/clean property.

Great Layout, big back yard, off street parking.
Overall great little place, could pick on a few minor things however the good things about this property way out weighed the minor things.
