I would never stay at this establishment again. It’s overpriced and overhyped. Arrived at 2:50pm to check in and did not get to my room until 3:40pm after having to wait almost an hour bc the room was “not available”. Then the toilet seat was not on securely and I almost fell in the floor. The room so extremely loud it sounded like being on an airplane because of the traffic. A dog barked all night passed 2am. I could not wait to leave. The music in the urban oak restaurant was horrible. The food was equally bad. Not a good experience at all.
