Christmas Nightmare
This property isnt dog friendly and they dont tell you until you pay the booking fee that there is a half blind, unattended"ranch dog" that lives on the property with free reign including the house. We were fine when he followed us into the house the moment we got there because he seemed to get along with our dogs, but 3 hours after being told he would be retrieved he was still there humping our dogs and eating their food. We had to keep our dogs in the house because the "ranch dog" wouldnt stop barking every time we let them out.the last night of our stay he was barking and howling at max volume at every entrance of the house relentlessly. I messaged Lori,was told nobody was there and expected us to navigate unfamiliar property in pitch black 34 degree weather to put him back. we got out of bed and did what we could.he immediately followed us back and continued without pause until 4am when we couldnt take it anymore and let him in with us, had to keep him separate and feed him so he would stop taking from ours. Nobody(but us) picked up his poop the entire time(Ive never paid to do someone else's chores before.) hot tub takes an hour to heat(included in the 3), pool is not "solar heated" and cleanliness left A LOT to be desired. upon check out we received a "sorry" and no attempt at resolution. In closing, if you love beautiful views, zero sleep and being forced to take responsibility for other people's animals without consent, this is the place for you! Never again.
