Beautiful totally restored holiday house with private pool

MAISANGE
Maisange is a beautiful totally restored holiday house with private pool of good quality and excellent service for 5 persons. The terrace around the pool gives you complete privacy and is in the sun all day (enough parasols available), also the terrace is out of the wind and you will thoroughly enjoy! Around the house you find a magnificent large garden were you can play football or where you can use the lovely swimming pool. The garden is fenced, ideal for a family with small children. The house is situated on the border of the Lot and the Dordogne just outside the little village Rampoux.
Inside
The house consists of a living / dining room with a plasma TV (satellite), a home cinema, DVD player, WIFI an equipped kitchen including a hob, electric oven , microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and kettle. This house is ideal for spring and autumn let (or winter) as there is a very good cosy chimney to enjoy romantic evenings… Lately the house received 4 stars from the Bureau of Tourism of the Lot! On the same floor there are two bedrooms (2x double bed and in one room there is an extra single bed, babybed available), bathroom, toilet.
Outside
Big garden with beautiful view, swimming pool with a nice partly shaded terrace and palmtrees. Furthermore there are lounge chairs, garden furniture, a BBQ and a Ping-Pong table.
Surroundings
Interesting cities in the area are Gourdon (15 km) , Sarlat (25 km) and the capital city of the Lot, Cahors at 25 km. From the garden you have a beautiful view of the village and the rolling hills. In the village Lavercantière 1.5 km is a bar / tabac / restaurant, here is also a tennis court. In Cazals (8km) is a recreational lake with swimming and fishing possibilities. In the villages Cazals and Salviac (8 km) you will find all the basic amenities, such as a small supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy, also there are some cafes and restaurants . Big supermarkets are situated in Gourdon.
Activities
If you are sportive and adventurous then the area offers many possibilities. Directly from the house you have good cycling and walking possibilities, there are many small picturesque villages, typical castles, caves or the opportunity to go kayaking, canoeing, fishing or swimming in the river Dordogne. The magnificent city of Rocamadour is also worth a visit , as Sarlat and Cahors, all cities which can be counted as the most beautiful of France. As for nature trips, excursions to Gouffre de Padirac and the Parc naturel régional des Causses du Quercy, are definitely recommended.
