At Key Blessing, we understand that your furry friends are part of the family, and we're delighted to welcome up to 2 friendly and well-behaved dogs, each weighing 25 lbs or less, to join you during your stay. A pet fee of $10 per night per pet will apply. All guests bringing a pet(s) must register their furry companions through our third-party pet screening service. The registration fee is $20 for the first pet and $15 for the second pet. You'll receive a link to the pet screening site after booking, so please complete this step before your arrival. Please be aware of the following essential policies for your stay at Key Blessing:

Minimum Rental Period: County zoning requires a minimum rental period of 28 nights, and no exceptions can be made.

Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and is not available for worker housing.

Peak Season Rentals: If you're interested in renting December through March, all bookings must be for the entire month, starting the beginning of the month and ending the end of the month. Consecutive months may be booked, as long as they follow this requirement. If you're interested in booking other dates, please contact us for approval prior to booking. Bookings made during these months that do not adhere to these requirements are subject to cancellation by the host.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors.

Mandatory Mid-Stay Cleaning: A mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for all bookings 30 nights and longer to uphold the quality and cleanliness of the property.

Boating Safety: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to verify that your boat can safely navigate the local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking this property. Circumstances related to Hurricane Ian made a routine Gulf Coast winter vacation impossible. With little time and scarce inventory, we investigated possibilities in the Keys. We were very fortunate to find good quality accommodations even though the property did not possess all of the features that we would normally seek. The property manager (Tina) was most responsive. The neighborhood was very friendly and we enjoyed ourselves for an entire month. Visit the Lower Keys. You will discover great people, lots to do and a weather system that can't be beat. If you haven't done so yet, call Tina for 2024!
