Perfectly located, only minutes from shops, pubs, restaurants, Harbour + miles of beaches - this stylish home has mixed Scandi style with English tradition to create a stunning seaside retreat for families, couples or professionals working in Ramsgate.
Relax in this unique cottage, every detail has been thought through, super comfortable beds, modern kitchen & bathroom, stylish lounge - all the ingredients for a perfect coastal break.
Welcome to our perfect home by the sea. We have renovated the entire house, from top to bottom, thinking through all the details to make sure it's a home from home for us, when we are visiting the UK, and for our guests.
We wanted the holiday home to be a restful escape, we used colour and good quality craftmanship, combined with selected furniture & gorgeous curated soft furnishings - we hope that you agree that we have created something special.
Stepping into the home you'll be greeted by the bright open space of the lounge and dining room. The lounge has a smart TV, extremely comfortable sofa & chair with this space leading directly into the dining space. We love to sit and enjoy a home cooked meal with our family so we have set-up the space with comfortable dining chairs where we can relax and chat over a meal.
There's a great coffee station in this area too, perfect for making a decent coffee; enjoy in the lounge or step onto the garden terrace.
The fully fitted kitchen is stylish and functional, it has the essential dishwasher + a washing machine, fully fitted fridge + oven + hob. Enough pots, pans, plates and utensils to rustle up breakfast or serve fish & chips!
Upstairs you will find two good size bedrooms. The master room has a super comfy Kingsize bed and plenty of storage/ hanging space for your clothes and belongings. The second room is a spacious room with two full size single beds so perfect for adults or children.
The raison d'etre is our bathroom. We love the green tiles, combined with the gold fittings. The shower is powerful and produces hot water instantly. After a busy day out exploring and about, coming home to a decent shower, cosy lounge and comfortable bed is heaven.
Our garden is fully enclosed, private space & a delightful area to enjoy a sundowner or morning coffee.

Ramsgate is a charming harbour town with a sandy beach, a bustling harbour, plentiful restaurants, bars, and chic cafes. You can walk the harbour wall and visit the Ramsgate Tunnels (a must for any history enthusiasts). Addington Street is a masterpiece of High Street revival with some really interesting shops. From Ramsgate, you can walk along the coastal path to Broadstairs and beyond.
Our home is in the heart of the Conservation area, surrounded by some stunning Georgian architecture, hidden Georgian Squares and beautiful streets to be discovered.
Ramsgate mainline train station is approx 15-minute walk from the house. Once you've arrived at the house you can easily reach all the town has to offer on foot. A great bus service called The Loop takes you around to Broadstairs and Margate. Further afield (via the train or car) you can visit Canterbury/Dover/Sandwich and Deal.
Parking: There is free parking on the street but limited space and the road is narrow. You would not be able to park a 4 x4 car in the road for example.
Other free on street parking spaces can be found on Royal Road and the historic Georgian Square of Spencer Square.
- Please, please respect our neighbours in this quiet residential street. We ask that you do not make excessive noise in or around the house, especially after 11pm. No parties or loud music are allowed.
- We kindly ask guests to respect the environment and the objects inside the house, and to leave everything as was found.
- Do not use candles or smoke in the house. This breaches our Fire Regulation Agreement.
- There is a decorative fire in the lounge. It is NOT to be used or lit.
