Very nice location and staff. Pretty rustic facilities but comfortable. Only issues we had was a couple of maintenance items. Refrigerator was not working and heating unit would not switch from AC setting. We arrived late and left early so did not discuss with staff to address.

Wonderful property!

Great place to stay! I was very surprised at the cleanliness of the whole property and he room. Kodi and her associate were very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be ataying there again in thefuture and HIGHLY recommend this place to stay at!

Somehow, we got the smallest room possible, and there was virtually no one there. And it was too much effort to try and move to a larger room so that was fine. The staff was great attentive. The lodge was very clean. I wouldn’t recommend using Expedia, but calling them directly to book that way you get what you want The air conditioner was funky and didn’t work very well first it was on low cool and then only on fan. It might need to be replaced. What’s important is that it’s clean very clean housekeeping does a wonderful job. .

This property listing needs to be more clear. There is a lodge and there are cabins. Needs clarification on what you get when you reserve. The whole reason I went to this property was the cabins and I was put in the lodge which was a very small room in an old house. Really wasn't happy with amenities and as I'd stayed in the cabins before I really liked those, The Lodge is very dated. So I do not feel like I got what I was paying for.

I was extremely disappointed in our stay. We were under the impression after booking with hotels.com that we were booking a clean cabin like the ones on the photos provided. Instead, we were put into a what seemed like a large house with multiple different rooms. Our room had stains on the floor, the bath tub was extremely dirty and still had the past travelers hair left in it.. We didn’t shower, and covered the pillows that smelled like cigarettes with our clean clothes to try and sleep the night

Next to it was a wonderful place to walk and see birds and relax after being on the road. We had a cabin and it was perfect!

Property was like staying at my grandmother’s house without any upgrades in the last 4 decades. Room was small, bed was uncomfortable, bathtub was rusty and the bathroom was tiny. Floors were very squeaky and you could hear the movements of the other guests.

My family of 3 1 dog had a great stay, we stayed in the lodge.. it was cozy, clean and the shared kitchen was well equipped and useful for us. Check in was a breeze and the staff (Cody and Ruby) were lovely. One feedback for Moosehead, we stayed at the furthest corner of the property, would be great to have a light there where the cars are parked.
