The owner was extremely friendly, but not in any way intrusive. The guest house was exceptionally clean. It was quiet enough to have all of the windows open at night, so we slept great. It's a little hard to find, so make sure you reach out before putting the address into the gps! Overall, we HIGHLY recommend.

Wonderful guest cottage in Rapid City
Very nice, essentially brand new guest residence next to host residence. Space is tastefully assembled for utility and decor. Perfect size for a couple, maybe a child along, The nice host checked in to be certain things were as expected. We had a pleasant visit to the area. Thank you!

Fantastic
This was an outstanding Vrbo to stay at. The hosts were great. So very nice. The place was exquisite. Very clean fresh smelling from the moment you walk in. Comfortable bed and linens top of the line. Felt like a five star hotel but better. The views were awesome. So quiet and serene to completely unwind and enjoy everything around you. Close to so many sites to see. Excellent stay. Thank you!!!

Highly Recommend
My wife and I highly recommend staying at this property. It was as clean a property as we have stayed in. The property owner, Leslie, was a pleasure to visit with and she was very helpful with our needs. If we go back to Rapid City we will definitely be booking this one again.

We spent 4 nights in the guest house and found it to be just perfect for us. Our 2 pups had a wonderful time exploring the huge hill behind the house. It was quiet, well maintained, and a good bargain❣️

Great Stay
We had a great experience staying here. The hosts were very nice and kind. The home was very clean with everything needed. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were all nice. We had all we needed for cooking. I appreciated the full length mirror and the iron and ironing board which you don't always find at a rental but often need. We saw several deer outside the property and enjoyed being in walking distance to a lovely park and the closeness to the Chapel in the Hills church. Also, the plates and silverware, etc were high quality instead of flimsy like we often see at a rental and the couch was very comfortable. It was very, very nice, even nicer than the pictures show and extremely clean. It met all our needs.

Perfect for 2
This property is almost brand new, just outside the city, and close to the park(driving). The suite is well equipped with everything you need. It is dog friendly, but if you have a barker like we do, take the suite into consideration. Enjoyed our stay!
