Cottage on Quincy - Charming 1920’s duplex, main floor - in heart of Rapid City

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex, private entrance, 1 car garage that is located In the heart of Rapid City, you will be walking distance to restaurants and downtown. 7 min. to the Hospital, 8 min to SDSMT, 20 mint to EAFP, 25 minutes from Mt. Rushmore. 30 minutes to Sturgis and 50 minutes to Deadwood. About 1 hour or so to National Parks and beauty galore! As a bonus, you will be walking distance to restaurants and downtown for coffee, lunch, dinner or a stroll.
The duplex is a main floor unit (with private entrances). It features: 1 queen size bed, 1 full bed, (one firm and one soft mattress). 1 full bathroom tub/shower, and a one stall in the two car garage. It is kinda small though. No Suburban's won't fit or big trucks. Sorry... It was built 100 years ago...There is room for someone to sleep on the pull out full size bed couch. The extra sheets are in the closet. There is a dining room for 4 and cute complete kitchen with a full refrigerator, Keurig, drip coffee pot, electric range, microwave, and lots of pots and pans and cooking stuff. If you need laundry - it is downstairs - there are 2 washers and 2 dryers. Please bring your own soap though. There is 1 main TV with tons of stations. Central air. Heat. (Of course - it is South Dakota! 😉)

Included is parking for a one car in the garage to keep your vehicle or motorcycle protected. The other nearby parking in the front of the house has a 3 hour limit, so you will need to move your vehicle by noon, but if you come back at 4pm or later, you can park their over night until 9 am the next day. There are hiking and biking trails within a few blocks. The historic West Blvd is 1/2 a block away to roam around and look at houses, go for a run or hike or bike the skyline wilderness area.

It is a darling 1920's home in the beautiful historic West Blvd area. Come stay and enjoy the beautiful Black Hills.

Easy in and out - charming place, super nice and helpful owners. very convenient to rapid city dining, exploring and a great hub for exploring Badlands NP and Black Hills sites. Clean, comfy, everything thought our carefully for aiding renters (power strips by beds, tea kettle/coffee pods, a/c, keys onsite, garage if needed, laundry if needed, quiet.

We enjoyed the quaint little cottage, the AC was great as it was unusually warm in The City. It is very close to cool shops and good restaurants, as well as convenient to grocery shopping too. The beds were decent and we slept well although the bedrooms are cramped, however a small price to pay for comfortable beds. The garage is a shared space. The other tenant tended to leave the door unlocked which made me uncomfortable. The only other negative we experienced would be the toilet, it is too short and small for men our size.

4th of July Vacation
My sister and I stayed at this property while we were in town for the 4th. The property's location is amazing. Walking distance to downtown, as well as great central location to freeways and monuments. The home its self is very cute, and welcoming. The only downside we experienced were stains on the sheets in the back bedroom, and hair on the shower towels. I would definitely stay again on another vacation!

We loved the home it was quaint and just what we needed. Just blocks from downtown and so many options. Ideally located for seeing the sights as well. Close to the main roads for going places. Quiet neighborhood Very clean and well kept, we loved our vacation to Rapid City!

Great place to stay when exploring the Black Hills of SD
We were playing tourist in SD. Rapid City was the perfect central location and this house was a great place to come back to each day. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, very clean, quiet, safe, just what we were looking for.

We booked the lower level unit and ended up in upstairs unit. This did not start the visit well. Stairs are very steep and irregular. Lots of trips if you're staying a week. Bathroom much smaller than pics lead you to believe. Laundry facilities good but were in basement(more steps). Left early!
