The staff was great, The room was nice and clean. The king bed looked comfortable, but it was sagging, the springs were gone and the wire around the mattress hurt your leg getting in and out of the bed. The window sheer did not work, so you had to have the black out curtain pulled to have privacy. I let the front desk know when we checked out.

We were only there from 3am till 8am. But, everything was great for us. Breakfast was fantastic!

I saw a lot of reviews about how clean the rooms were which is why we decided to stay there. There was hair in the sink when we checked in. I always travel with a package of Lysol wipes, I used the entire package to clean our room.

The staff was really friendly. The room was clean except for a few spots on the carpet. The facility were amazing, hot tub was nice. The also had amazing breakfast. If I’m ever back in rapid city would stay their again.
