Absolute Beach Front Paradise - Kia Orana, this award winning large modern 2 level house with large deck area and its own salt water pool has lagoon and reef views as well as the island (motu) of Taakoka making the views from the house amazing!

Walk to the end of the beautifully landscaped lawn directly onto your own private part of the famous Muri Beach! stroll 5 mins along the beach to the famous Muri Night Market and all the restaurants and bars for happy hour or cook from the BBQ at the house in a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer and dishwasher!

There are two bedrooms both with own ensuites, one upstairs, one downstairs - both enjoy air conditioning. The downstairs bedroom air con cools the entire ground floor area!

Aircon in both bedrooms to keep nice and cool after a long day on the beach and in the lagoon.

The open kitchen has a granite bench top, gas top cooking, electric oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, UV filtered water cooler and all the tableware, crockery, glassware and utensils needed to cook up a storm.

BBQ and outdoor dining table on the deck facing the pool and lagoon and there are sun loungers and cod chairs. Grab a snorkel mask and pipe or a paddle board off the deck and head down the lawn to the beach and lagoon.

There is a large comfy couch on the lounge and a smart 50" TV is connected to WIFI so you can watch your favourite shows via Netflix or You Tube.

All our guests comment on the relaxed atmosphere of the house as well as the great snorkeling and amazing central location.

Use the kayaks or two paddle boards to paddle around the lagoon or snorkel and explore the sea life or just lounge around the pool area in one of the sun loungers. All furniture and fittings are themed to the island and beach and are of a high and modern standard.

The lagoon right off our beach is a snorkelers paradise - once you head 30m out towards the island the water becomes deeper with plenty of large coral and fish as well as the odd turtle! A paddle board is the best way to explore the lagoon and great fun.

The property is walking distance to EVERYTHING in Muri including the famous Muri Night Market, all the deli's , cafes and restaurants, resorts and day trips and activities yet the house is 50m off the road so when you've had enough action for the delay you can retire to the house and deck and soak up the lagoon view

Many guests return their rental car after a few days as they realize they don't need it as its sitting parked whilst they are busy in our lagoon and beach !

Muri - the accommodation capital of Rarotonga, why? because Muri has everything from restaurants, bars, cafes, cultural shows, water sports, the famous Muri Night Market and more..
It really is the tourist capital of the island - dont stay anywhere else !
