The mill forms the center of the property, surrounded by a tastefully furnished apartment spread over three individually designed levels. The two-story accommodation features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be pushed together), and a bathroom, accommodating up to four guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, and a dryer. After the sauna, you can use the outdoor Kneipp pond. The private outdoor area offers a garden and a barbecue. The property is ideally located, about 1 km from a cross-country ski trail, and the ski area is just a few minutes away by car. The region offers winter hiking, snowshoeing, toboggan runs, and cycling. Parking is available on the property; additional free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. The second floor is accessible only via a relatively steep staircase. Beach and pool towels are provided. Homemade products are available. There are waste separation guidelines; further information will be provided on site. The property features energy- and water-saving facilities, and sustainable materials were used for insulation.
