A spacious, newly renovated 4 bedroom cottage in the peaceful village of Ravenglass in the Lake District National Park which accommodates up to 8 in comfort.

DELUXE Croftlands@Ravenglass is a perfect base for exploring the western fells - Wastwater and Scafell Pike are a short drive away - and the location is ideal for both younger and older families looking for a relaxing break. The property has a large kitchen and dining room and large lounge, large conservatory and enclosed garden.
The space
Completely refurbished, the downstairs space comprises of:
- a brand new large, bright and airy kitchen/dining space - perfect for chilling out and cooking together
- a large, comfortable lounge with gas fire (open fire effect) large LCD TV, reading space and mini wifi you can connect your devices to and stream via Bluetooth
- a downstairs toilet and cloak room
- large conservatory with dining table (alongside the kitchen) which opens out into the enclosed garden

The upstairs space has new, high quality carpets and four good sized bedrooms - one with two single beds.

The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a high quality king size bed.

The second bedroom has a high quality double bed.

The third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth, 2 singles.

The ensuite and main upstairs bathrooms have both been refurbished with high quality fittings and provide plenty of space for larger groups.

Note - there is a security camera at the entrance to the property

The whole house and garden

The washing machine is in the garage which can be accessed via the garage door (left open). We also use this space for storage and for tools and is not safe for children - please only use it to access the washing machine.
Other things to note
Park directly in front of the green garage doors - space for 2 cars and additional parking available on the road outside the entrance to the properties.
