Situated in a green area yet only 7 minutes from Ravensburg city center, the holiday apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The 20 m² room accommodates 2 to 3 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, an additional single bed, and a table with chairs. The associated shower room and separate toilet are located in the hallway and are shared with another double room. Ideal for families or small groups, especially when combined with a second room. In the common area, you will find books for all ages, games, and art supplies. A baby cot can be provided upon request. The shared outdoor and barbecue area invites you to relax in the greenery.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement (for an extra charge). Smoking indoors and events are not permitted. Fireworks are prohibited on New Year’s Eve. The property is under video surveillance. Ravensburger Spieleland is just a few minutes away by car.
