Modern, comfortable villa "Villa Stella Verde", 3 storeys, built in 2024. 1 km from the centre of Ravna Gora, in a sunny, elevated position, 50 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 500 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (22 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace (90 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub (all included), central heating system. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 750 m, bus stop 7.6 km, railway station 7.9 km, pebble beach 50 km. Nearby attractions: NP Risnjak 30 km, Zeleni vir 18 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. It is not possible to use the hot tub on the day of arrival.
