整間酒店都非常乾淨，最難得是住宿期間連私人泳池也有人來定期清洗，用過嘅碗碟也會替你洗乾淨。酒店雖然沒有設有24小時接待服務，但酒店職員會以Whatsapp與住客緊密聯繫，我們入住期間浴室的去水速度較慢，半夜通知過後第二天早上就派人來修理好，回應速度很快。
