For such a new property, we were pretty disappointed. The staff was very unhelpful: our tv was not hooked up and we were having a hard time figuring it out. We called down to see if the staff could help us. The girl said she was the only one at the desk so she couldn't help but she'd call us back. Never heard back from her. The breakfast was good but 80 minutes before it was supposed to end, most of the food was gone. I needed to print a pass for our activities for the day so i asked the front desk what i needed to do to use the computer and printer. She was less than helpful. "Just login with your account and password. " Um. Ok. Which one? I tried my microsoft accounts, Google, nothing worked. It was just frustrating.

Good property for Rawlins WY. Bath sink missing sink stopper. Room phone missing buttons and face plate; had to go to the Front Desk in person to ask for sink stopper. Missing towel hooks in bathroom. etc.

Clean and well kept

Room was clean and property was well kept and clean. Only thing that I could recommend is that they get some do not disturb signs as their staff began knocking on doors at 8:30am trying to clean rooms. Maybe wait until check out time or some time closer to their 11am check out! They woke my very tired family up much earlier than we wanted.

This hotel is really nice, comfortable and clean! The pool was fun for my kids and it was nice they had a hot tub for me to relax in. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Rawlins.
