Nice spot with lots of space for the price.

This is not a traditional hotel, but with that said we got a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment for the price of a hotel. We were only staying as a stopover for one night, but it definitely would have been comfortable for longer. Room was clean.

Spacious apartment

We originally were booked in the Forest Ridge apartments but apparently that was not available so we were put in another set of apartments on the edge of town. The place had plenty of room (3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen and separate dining room). Parking was easy. The place was a little run down, the beds were too soft and there were no screens on the windows, but overall it was a good place to stay for the money. I'd probably stay there again if I have need to travel to Rawlins.

Beware!! Units are old and without any amenities.

The property manager email me with a different address for the stay. We were place in a different building in a remote area. This unit had no cable TV, Internet access. Furniture was old and pretty much a sad place to be in. The manager did bring a dvd player and movies and had us access another units wifi but rarely work due to the distance. Very unhappy about the whole stay. Would not recommend.

It was good except the pool was out of service and they would vacuum the hallways at 8:00 in the morning and house keeping knocked on the door around 9:00 am. Way to early when your on vacation!
