Enjoy spectacular sunsets from this traditional 1840's rambling Maine farmhouse. Located in the Lakes Region, the farm is perfect for a few people or for a large gathering (family reunion/vacation). Take long walks or ski the acres of fields and woods. Enjoy as a quiet, peaceful retreat for writing, painting, and nature (don't miss the brilliant display of stars at night). Sunny, open dining area; warm, cozy kitchen, 3 different living rooms providing plenty of space for groups. There are many ways to enjoy winter - Walking and skiing trails on the property. Sledding on farm fields. Tracked nordic skiing at Pineland Farms 22 minutes away. Alpine skiing at Pleasant Mountain (45 minutes), Sunday River (1hr 10 minutes) and North Conway/Jackson NH area (1-1.5hr). Ice skating on local ponds/lakes. Located within 1 mile to the town beach on Crescent Lake, the owners provide a canoe with the paddles, lifejackets, cushions and a pad and roof straps for transport to the lake. Privacy abounds here!
