Inside, you'll find all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, from air conditioning to a fully equipped kitchen and dedicated workspace. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the toiletries you need for a refreshing stay.

-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October

This unit is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you.

Beautiful Lakeview Home
Lovely home with beautiful lake views! We enjoyed spending time with friends here. The house was well equipped with all we needed and the rooms were all very comfortable! The yard was also very nice with outdoor seating areas and steps down to the water. A wonderful tranquil retreat!

Family weekend
We came up for a family party at a local restaurant on Friday and a family house party on Saturday. The house was perfect for what we needed and the view was breathtaking!

Amazing Views
Our group of 10, including a 6 month old baby, had a great time here. We went swimming every day, had kayaks delivered then picked up from Sebago Trails Paddling Co and had great fun around the fire pit on several evenings. A third bathroom would have been nice. But we knew that going in. Derek, the host, was very responsive during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property right on Sebago Lake
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. Plenty of room for all of us. It was nice having our own spot to swim. The kids enjoyed floating around in the water at the bottom of the steps. Had fun making S'moors at the fire pit. No A/C in the bedrooms was a definite drawback.

Spectacular view, house need maintenance
View was great but house needs maintaining, better cleaning. Could not use basement due to mustiness/dampness and dehumidifier not working (this is where bunk beds are located). Smoke detectors were taken down, batteries removed when we arrived. Some dishes and pans were not clean, cleaned what we planned to use. Counters were dirty when I wiped them down, cobwebs with bugs above dining table and back door. We arrived at check in time but had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the cleaning people to leave. Broken kitchen cabinet, broken closet door in bedroom (dirty laundry in this closet), broken lamp in primary bedroom, burned out light bulbs in kitchen and broken towel rack in bathroom. Contacted Property Manager about all these concerns. No one was able to come to address the smoke detectors the day/night we arrived, we had a battery that we could use in order to have one working overnight. Maintenance person came the next morning, very nice, and addressed some of our concerns. I did not see this anywhere on the listing but be aware that there is no AC in the bedrooms, only in the living space. No laundry detergent (even to get started). No clean/new sponge for dishes. No batteries is tv remotes or instructions on how to use the tv. Digital guide book was sent to me with a link that didn’t work, no information at the house about the area. Beautiful location, views and access to water but house needs maintenance and improved cleaning.

Our First Maine Vacation
Sebago Lake House was an absolutely perfect vacation getaway for our family. The view was even more breathtaking in person , and we enjoyed it from morning until evening. The fire pit was an added bonus that wasn't shown in the pictures. There was plenty of room for our family with six adults to have space for themselves. The power went out one night for several hours, but the generator kept us with electricity. We all enjoyed completing the 500-piece Maine puzzle. Communication with the owners was easy with texting. We all agreed this was one of our best vacations, and we hope to stay again in the futire.
