The apartment is located in the heart of the quiet, Dalmatian town of Ljubač, only 15 km from the city center of Zadar. If you want to spend a relaxing vacation with nature, beautiful sunsets and beaches that are perfect for your little ones, this is the place for you.


The apartment in nature and idyllic landscape is the perfect place for a family vacation. It is close to Zadar (10 km) and the sea and the beach are only 5-10 minutes drive away (Ljubač, Vrsi, Nin, Zaton, Zadar ...). There are numerous natural beauties nearby: Paklenica National Park, Kornati National Park, Zrmanja River Canyon ... There is space for six people in the house. The apartment has two rooms with two double beds and a living room with two sofa beds.

Lovely flat, friendly helpful owners, quiet location
We had a great week staying at Maria’s home. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the pool beautifully kept. The owners are very unobtrusive, but helpful. The apartment is not actually in Ljubac, but above it with great views over the countryside. This makes it very quiet, but does mean a car is extremely useful.
