BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are four full bathrooms in the property. One in which is equipped with a bath and an overhead shower, toilet and sink and the three en-suites are equipped with a standing shower, sink and toilet.

Hosting parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property by security without a refund. Your deposit may also be used to cover additional costs incurred.

As this home is in a quiet neighborhood, quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM onwards.

Loud music, parties, and indoor smoking will trigger our noise and air monitoring systems and may lead to immediate eviction.
