We were disappointed with our stay. Despite mentioning in advance that we were celebrating our wedding weekend and requesting a higher floor, we were placed on the third floor — the lowest level of the panoramic suites — with a view of dumpsters and AC units. The room felt smaller and less luxurious than advertised, and we didn’t receive even basic touches like the complimentary water on our second night. Overall, it didn’t feel like a $1,000+ per night experience, and the accommodations were far from what we expected based on the photos online.

Easy check in, we were allowed to check our bags to go to the beach before check in. Valet parking was super easy and our car was available 24 hours. Room was bright, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Nice bathroom with big shower and soap and shampoo were provided. Pool was fun, rooftop deck was incredible. Great time!

It was nice. One rude staff member. Bathroom was leaking in our room. Air conditioning was not too cold. Room was nice and the lobby was gorgeous. Food was good too.
