We booked a twin room with two double beds. When we arrived our room only had one bed. We were then given another room with the two beds, after unpacking we were told we had been given that room by mistake and were asked to move. The next room we had unfortunately the bathroom was smelly so we had to move again! The fourth room was okay but due to the moves we missed a meeting arranged with friends. I have stayed here before but this stay due to the mix up was disappointing despite the staff apologies.

Hotel fit the bill for an overnight stay. The lobby is neat. The coffee shop is great. The room had some character to it (they are trying to make it hip). Service was okay, if a bit brusque. Pool looked nice enough. Only negative is that the room was tight and felt a little like a hospital. Would be especially good for the younger set.
