The bellboys and valet drivers were wonderful. The front desk staff were not very helpful. Didn’t want to ge bothered. I received no info other than my room number when I checked in. I had to call to have my room cleaned as well. All in all the hotel is good and we would stay again. The pool staff needs a little help as well.

The exterior of the property was very well manicured. The room is adequate but bathroom vanity has no counter space making it tough to settle in with toiletries. Valet parking is a huge expense and was not disclosed during reservation process. For $340 a night the hotel should at least give the $7.00 per day beach fee. Parking on the street is $3 per hour so no matter what you do you will spend above and beyond. Hotels coffee was terrible. The should make parking part of the hotel room rate. Nice place overall just need to spruce up bathrooms and add electrical outlets in the rooms.

I loved the pool, wish there were 2!!! The wait staff were awesome at the pool, where most of my time was spent. Food was great, and room was beautiful. Bathroom was a little small, but the view made up for it. The bus boy/man was the best, gave us so many good tips
