I wanted to like it more - as the owner was so helpful - but the room we had ( requested first floor/dog friendly) had no parking in front ( all handicapped the whole stretch), and the garbage pickup ( from the restaurant next door?) was at 4 AM , loud and flashing lights . then the next one (? Starbuck's) was at 4:45. the next door neighbors on both sides had blaring TVs late into the night and then got up at 5 to have a (loud) argument. people walking through the property late at night doing who -knows- what. would not go back

Good price for the location but my sleep was interrupted by having to rid a total of 10 beetles and flies that got in on the ground floor from gaps because the rubber door trim was missing. I ended-up having to stuff towels under the door sash.

Yuck

To begin you use your shoulder to get the door open. Things were old which would be okay if it was clean, but it wasn’t. There was a dark blob on one pillow case and stains on the other. Floors haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Shower fixtures weren’t attached so I assume they’re growing some mold back there.
